I had anxiety about going to the dentist, as I've developed some pretty major problems with my teeth in the last few years, and was feeling super uneasy about it.. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, particularly the older woman.. was debatably the rudest person I've encountered in a professional setting, and that definitely didn't help with those feelings...

Luckily the rest of the staff were great! Professional, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. Its unfortunate to be met with someone so unwelcoming in an environment where people may be in a vulnerable situation, So I'd like to thank the rest of the staff who made up for it.

Showed up for emergency treatment .Didnt wait long.Found the atmosphere friendly.
Will sign up to be a regular patient.

I’ve been going to this location since childhood , I recently went in for an appointment and was told they do not except odsp coverage any longer.
I don’t know how they expect less fortunate families to receive proper care Even with basic coverage. I wasredirected to take my business elsewhere

Dr. Lariviere and Dr. Laviolette, and the hgienists are wonderful. I've had few mishaps with the front staff. It would be nice to notified of an appointment 2 days before rather than than the day before, working out of town makes it hard to stick to appointment that are made 7 months in advance.

definitely the best! I have aways been so scared to go to the dentist and when i went i needed a few things done and was so scared and it was my first time in this new dentists office (i had problems with the other one) they made me feel so welcome and comfortable, they joked around with me and made me feel safe and right at home. she communicates very well with her patients and the rest of the staff is just fantastic as well :) very glad i made the change

she is fantastic. i hadnt seen a dentist is so long due to being scared lol but i needed work done and she was so great. made me feel comfortable and not scared, they laughed with me when i tried to make jokes LOL i love them im not affraid of the dentist anymore HAHAHA
