We're very disappointed with Dr. Zeiger. He failed to communicate any of the teletherapy sessions. We were never asked to talk with him nor did he ever attempt to. He very unprofessionally stated we were not involved parents because we were not always present for his sessions as we are working parents, and he was being supervised by a grandparent, which this was known beforehand. He was charging us for sessions that he often would cut short, and when this was addressed he got very defensive, and blamed my son for the reason noting he was not engaged during teletherapy. Mind you my son is 10, and we were paying for a licensed therapist to engage him. Never did he come with these concerns to my husband or I. The last straw was when I tried to cancel an appointment using his patient portal, but was unable. I tried to call, and no answer. So I emailed, upon which he charged me $175. We then asked to keep his appointment, which he agreed. He then canceled on us, refuses to give a refund.
