I went to Dr. Gossack's office for a referral about a troublesome root canal. I was advised that the visit was going to cost $180 out of pocket. At the visit I was told that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the toth without a CT scan that would take 5 minutes for another $240. Not having $240 I left the office with no more information than I had before and $180 lighter. How is this not a scam? I got absolutely nothing for my money.

Had I paid the extra $240 I would have paid $420 for literally 15 minutes of their time and 2 pictures. Unless you have boatloads of money to waste I suggest avoiding these people.

Dr. Gossack was great but the receptionist, Lynn, was so rude. She should not be working in customer service. Horrible.

I was sent to dental specialist dr gossak for a consult regarding an unfinished root canal, I needed 3 mm drilled out of last canal. Apparently dr gossak doesn’t get out of bed to help out a patient to drill out 3 mm. I was quoted for a full root canal @ $1500! Even though the root canal was already preformed. Scammers! And his receptionist lynn was very rude! She needs to go back to school and learn manners!! Stay away and don’t waste your time, Horrible!!

Was referred to this dentist. No pain, but a check suggested. So, this dentist received images from the referring dentist. Nothing done, but cost me $160 for the check-up and was given "advice" to have work in the amount of at least $ 5000 done. This guy is not in the medical field anymore, he is a money spinner. Needless to say, I would not recommend him.

I was referred to Dr Gossack by my family dentist. He was very clear and up front with the procedure needed to be done. However, his receptionist Lynn was extremely rude the minute I walked thru that door. Rude tone, rude demeanor, zero professionalism, this woman should be a truck driver NOT a dental receptionist. I will not go back to his office because the way I was treated by this so called receptionist. There is no shortage of dentists in the city, moreover across the border, so the competition is quite high. Dentists should screen their stuff more carefully.

It takes a while to get an appontment. ( i guess i can understand that a little since he is a specalist) The work was fine, but the staff is cranky and unpleasant, especially the new older lady. Needs better staff.
