Dr. Defreitas is polite and explains things well. She is very objective and carefully chooses her words when speaking to you. She never tells you what your best options are she merely lists everything. In this way she seems detached as though she doesn't care about her patient and probably trying to avoid a law suit later on. Also her hours are absolutely the worst, she is constantly going on vacation and her voice mail doesn't allow you to leave a message when she is away on holiday.

Will NEVER go back to her....patronizing and missed major urinary problems (confirmed by another doctor shortly after) that she as a urologist should have seen ...had she LISTENED and not been patronizing.......
