One and a half hour wait, unmanaged front desk that allows children to run all over the place. A patient’s child was seated in the receptionist chair.

This office is the epitome of unprofessional and greedy way of running a business. This is where they will trick you into unnecessary procedure just to charge the insurance, lie on the claims to get more money and send you in circles as a patient. Their male staff in the billing department totally feels fine giving you the wrong information, making fun of birth control choices and telling you to complain to Trump while refusing to connect to supervisor. The supervisor by the way will try to avoid the calls from the patient at all cost. The office manager will tell you that you can’t ask questions from the doctor or your preventive annual visit turns into sick visit as they “shared their knowledge with you” and all unnecessary procedures are needed. If you try to contact the doctor, then you will have to go through another round of rudeness even if you were their patient for multiple years. I am currently forced to file the complaint with the State against the office because they now refuse to provide copy of my medical records for 3 months. I am assuming because the records might be used in showing how the wrongfully bill insurance. I have been a patient in the office for 6 years with some negative experiences however my last annual visit turned into the most outrageous customer care I have ever experienced and basically pushed me to writing this review.

She dismissed my complaints of intense period pain as normal. She told me I'm "young and there is definitely nothing wrong with me" and that "many young women have painful periods". Verbatim. She did everything short of roll her eyes at me when I tried to explain that this wasn't normal. I listened to her and took painkillers every month, until I saw another gynecologist for my next pap and told her that it had become truly unbearable. I had a laparoscopy, and had Stage 4 endometriosis. I lost a fallopian tube. If there were zero stars to give I would choose that option. Who knows what stage I would have been in if she had listened to me and what percentage more of my fertility I would have. Hope it goes without saying, but her bedside manner was atrocious. Stay FAR away.

Before I was afraid to visit gynecologist, but now with DR. IRINA VAIZMAN- MD I feel comfortable. I have been her patient for over 3 years whenever I need her help. She is a great
gynecologist ,very professional and kind. Dr. Irina Vaizman is really cooperative and friendly.
I can easily discuss my all the issue with her. Every appointment makes me happy.
The office Manhattan Beach OB/GYN has a large space, modern equipment ,very clean. The staff is ethical and efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Irina Vaizman. You will be in good hands.

Irina's office is absolutely unprofessional. Never go to that doctor!!!! I've scheduled an appointment for a regular check-up, got there on time and had to wait hour and a half in the waiting area. Office employees asked me several times what is the purpose of my visit right in front of other visitors, no privacy at all. I had no insurance and they asked me to pay $180 cash only. When I finally was told that the doctor was ready to see me, I was taken to the room where actually not Irina, but another person was waiting for me. That person told me that she is "the same as Irina", later it turned out she is just a doctor's assistant and doesn't have proper education nor legal permission to examine patients. She performed examination. Thus, I end up paying $180 without even having a decent consultation of a professional doctor!!!! And that's exactly what I asked for when scheduled appointment - to see Irina! I paid for it!!!!. They charge for lab tests and do not provide receipts even though I've requested. Do not go to that doctor! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

They will never call you back with back with bad results !! I had 2 case of bad test results in less than 3 months . About 1st one I found out on my follow up visit 3 weeks later even that they had it day or two after. Second I had to call 5 times till dr. Vaizman called me back and basically rushed me to hospital. Very bad experience ', not recommending to anyone , specially pregnant .

The best doctor . I had 2 kids with Irina Vaizman and my experience was GREAT. Thank you for everything . I send all my friends to Irina V. and they all come back to me thankful for recommending her.
