Go elsewhere! So disappointed in my results. I want to take a time machine, not have the surgery, and keep my real breasts.

I had a Tummy tuck , Lipo to flanks & breast implant exchange. Dr Finkle did my original implants in 2001. From the 1st time I went there to my 2nd surgery in December 2020 I am very happy I chose him again, his staff was very nice & accommodating . Sharon his bedside nurse has been with him for over 30 years she is super nice & caring. Dr finkle did an amazing job !!My scars at only a few weeks look awesome! I will definitely recommend him to friends .

During the pandemic, my husband and I had significant more time together and we decided that we wanted to take the opportunity to develop a healthier lifestyle that we could maintain as we went into the retirement season of our lives. So, we dusted off the weights in the garage and through diet and exercise, I achieved a weight loss of over 50lbs.
Due to multiple pregnancies and weight gains/losses of 60lbs. in the past, my breasts were sagging. I hated trying to find clothes to wear and felt old and worn out.  I also had several unsightly abdominal scars from previous surgeries and the dreaded muffin top.
After discussion with my husband, he encouraged me to have a mommy makeover – a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and a breast lift (mastopexy). As a retired nurse from Iowa, I was not familiar with the surgeons in Omaha. I researched several plastic surgeons in the area and was seeking one that was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and/or The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). I also wanted a surgeon and office staff that provided personalized care.
I made appointments with three different surgeons. There really wasn’t any comparison in my opinion; Dr. Finkle and his staff clearly stood out. He took the time to listen to my goals and concerns. He provided photographs documenting his previous patients’ results. He discussed possible complications. And fortunately, he utilizes Exparel as a form of pain control for his abdominoplasty patients.
The office operates efficiently while maintaining COVID precautions. My initial consultation included my preoperative teaching so I did not have to schedule another appointment prior to surgery. I also received my prescriptions so that they could be conveniently filled prior to surgery. The surgical procedure was performed in Dr. Finkle’s outpatient surgery center. The staff at both the office and surgery center were warm and caring as well as professional.
Finally… the results! I have had other abdominal surgery and dreaded waking from anesthesia to severe pain, nausea and vomiting. Let me tell you: I WAS AMAZED! No nausea! Thank you, Dr. Finkle, for taking the time to prescribe an antiemetic (anti-nausea) patch prior to surgery. In addition, very little discomfort!!! The pain medication used, Exparel, reduces the need for narcotics postoperatively. Dr. Finkle had injected it into my abdomen during the procedure and it started controlling my postsurgical pain before I even woke up from surgery. I was discharged with non-narcotic pain meds and I was able to switch to Tylenol for pain control within the first couple days after surgery. Decreased pain following surgery was beneficial not only because of comfort; it allowed me to become more active quickly after surgery which decreased the possibility of surgical complications.
I am thrilled with my outcomes. The breast lift has given me more of a youthful appearance and simplifies choosing clothes that are flattering. My abdomen has never been this flat; not even when I was a teenager! My husband has always wanted to take me shopping for clothes and I have never wanted to go. Thanks to Dr. Finkle, I will go now and ENJOY it!

I’ve never written a bad review in my life, however I felt the need to express my experience with Dr. Finkle. To be fair I’ve waited a whole year and a half thinking I would grow to love the results of my first breast augmentation but I do not... I want to start by saying I am a 25 year old, African American woman with one 6 year old child and 110 pounds prior to surgery, also a prior bra size of 32a. Kim is the best thing that has ever happened to that facility, she is warm, kind, considerate and helped me a lot through the process. Dr Finkle assured me that my scars would be no more than a few centimeters long, today they are 3 inches long and wrap around the entire bottom of my breast. It’s so embarrassing wearing clothing that reveal my cleavage because there’s barely any and my scars are visible. My self esteem has gone from its peak to the lowest of low, I thought this surgery that I paid $5900 cash for would improve the way I felt about myself but it did not. I was better off not having the procedure done to begin with. Secondly, my breasts sink so low the distance between my nipples and the bottom of my breasts are so far off it’s like the implants are sitting at the top of my stomach while my nipples are where the rest of my breasts should be. I was a very petite girl of 110 pounds before I had the surgery so my breasts weren’t big to begin with. I was a 32a bra size and now they are sagging and leaning to the far sides of the huge pocket he made.... About a month ago, I came in for a second consultation hoping to negotiate a second surgery at a lower price. He told Kim to tell me he will charge me full price to fix my breasts so I have decided to go somewhere else for a revision.... I am very disappointed. after reading reviews and talking to people who have also gone to dr Finkle I was confident enough to trust him with my body but I made a huge mistake! Literally crying right now. If you have any intention on going with Finkle and you are anything like my description please reconsider

Do not use Dr. Finkle. He's nice to you until something goes wrong, then he chooses not to return phone calls.

I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation done by Dr. Finkle in 2017. It’s a complete mess. My stomach has ripples and i have a ton of loose skin leftover. My breasts are lopsided and saggy. I looked great BEFORE surgery compared to now. He promised to redo the entire procedure AND do a breast lift but is now not returning my calls or responding to emails. Please heed the others advice and go elsewhere for cosmetic procedures. He’s completely ruined my body and couldn’t care less. He cares about money and money only as I am now out 14,000 and all I have to show for it is a completely butchered, embarrassing body. He should be ashamed and his license revoked!

Dr. Finkle is the WORST! Why didn’t I read all of the nasty reviews prior to my surgery? He was a complete PSYCHO to me. I hope this helps somebody on the fence between Finkle and Aesthetic Surgical images or Dreams med spa-choose the superior option!
I had long awaited breast augmentation after being pregngant and nursing kids foe the last 7 years. It would be life changing for me, and so much emotion went into it. After meeting with Finkle for 2 thorough consults, he promised less incisions and great results-so I ended up choosing him. I liked his nurses and I was so excited for surgery! As anyone knows, the month prior to surgery is spent getting every detail ready from flying mom into town to help with kids, taking off a week of work, husband took off work...So many emotions prior to! I had all of my friends and family pray for me prior to. That morning, I was so excited. Got to my surgery 2.5 hours early and prepped with the lovely nurses. IV was in. Anesthesia came back to chat. And then finally Dr Finkle came back. I could tell right away, he wasnt the same man from the consult when I said hi with no response. I figured he was in surgery mode? Then he started marking me up as I told him how excited I was. He stopped marking and said “Lets just scratch this for today. We can start over with another consult if you would like”. My jaw dropped I said “what are you talking about, I’m here for surgery?” At that moment, I saw the crazy look in this man’s eyes. I saw he want right. He said “nope, we are scratching this for today” then he walked out of the room and slammed the door. I looked af the nurse and asked her what had just happeded. She said he was im a really bad mood that day. And even when I insisted he explain to me why we weren’t doing the surgerg, both nurses said...”I wouldn’t try asking him today.” I cried and cried in thaf prep room. One of the nurses cried with me. Thank God for her! All of the prayers from friends and family were answered. It was such a blessing that I didnt have this crazy Dr. Finkle using a blade on me! He clearly has some anger/mental issues to deal with and terrible bedside manner!

First meeting he was great. Very engaging. Unfortunately after 1 st surgery I knew something was wrong w one breast and told the recovery nurse . Was told they will be that way d/t swelling. Didn’t even look at or palpate to see what I was talking about. Next day that breast was deflated. Returned the following day balling like no adult should because I had to go into surgery again. I was afraid the first time. Terrified to do it again. I was told by Dr Finkle “ at least you get a new one “. Really ?! After surgery , last one of the day, didn’t see the Dr that I remember. The recovery nurse was more interested in getting home than to make sure I was ok. I needed something out of my trunk before getting into my friends car and she actually watched me go to the car and get my bag out without even attempting or asking if I needed help. Was gone before I even got in my friends car. Note I had 2 surgeries in 3 days. When I returned for f/u it was just weird. Hard to rate because there was no consistency when it came to friendliness or genuine concern. One person really nice, another not so much. I will say, he does beautiful, natural looking breasts . That is why I chose him. Also he was recommended by a couple friends. Story not over. That was 2010. I had discomfort in that breast, like a pulling. Told it was fine . It always bothered me, pretty uncomfortable, but chalked it up to it having surgery twice so close together. 2016 it ruptured again. No problem, (if you don’t mind going under anesthesia so many times) because the implants were warranteed and they were both replaced for a minimal price. Office still felt not all together nice. Kinda cold. Happy to report that my breast are still pretty. The one breast still is like a visitor and has a looser feel, a bit of muscle tone loss, and has an uncomfortable feel when I lay down but... Overall I like them a lot. Basically what they looked like before I had kids. Would I go back? Maybe if I had another rupture but not for anything else. Would I recommend him ? Ehhhhhh, I would tell the story and let you decide. Maybe the staff has changed or are happier these days. Finkle will be Finkle. Reel you in with charm and finesse, then I guess it depends on the day. How do you rate that w stars?

Excellent staff. Feel doc could have been a bit more engaged with me on day of surgery. Very personable and caring at consult not as much on surgery date when I needed him to be. Pre and post op nurses awesome.
