I have been going to RRD for many years. I always found the staff so nice and helpful, and usually go to have my teeth cleaned. I had good teeth for many years, even though was not taught any health care as a child. I began having gum disease the past years...mainly due to illness. I have had so much illness, and many surgeries. I have 3 herniated disks in my back. I have the past 3 years been fighting breast cancer. I have been very ill...due to treatments that have left me with many side effects. Some days I can not even get out of bed. I have gastric and bowl issues now, nerve damage in my legs. Plus the fact of going thru cancer should be enough to warrant me some kind of human compassion. I have scheduled apps since my cancer treatments were done. I had to reschedule as I was not ready or healthy enough to go out...anywhere! I missed a few apps and where usually I would call...I was just to sick...either throwing up or sleeping hours on end. I felt well enough to go a few weeks ago, and was told that I was on the no booking list now!??? I told them I was sorry but I have been soo ill. They gave me "One more chance" I went and Dr. Lee came in and said to my face...I told them not to book you anymore, but I am giving you one more chance. I got really sick to my stomach when he spoke to me like that. I tried to tell him what is was like for me these past few years. He did not care...I broke down in tears and his assissant was very kind to me. He came back in..told me my top bridge was gone..the tooth holding it was rotted and almost gone. He filed my teeth to help with the pain. And then he said, THATS ALL I CAN DO FOR YOU!!! No other solutions were offered. I drove home in tears. I dont ever want to go back there..but I have to go back for 2 cleanings, as I am on CPP disabilty now and Dr. Lee had taken an xray. So I have to go back there. I was a school guidance counselor for many years. I was then a guard. I am not a non worthy person who is to be treated like a poverty case. grrrrrr!!!!!!

Ruined my teeth, overcharged, terrible bed side manner and he was rude to his assistant. I have been going to Red River Dental for many years and was not able to see my regular dentist. Dr. Lee had an opening so out of misguided trust in the office, I took a chance. I will now look for a new dentist as I suffer with the pain of poor dental treatment. He must have written the first review himself. I do not like to watch professionals treat their staff like servants. He was not a nice person on the day I saw him. His assistant was so nice and he treated her like dirt.

About 4 few years ago I cracked a tooth and couldn't get in anywhere to see a dentist. My wife phoned Red River Dental and Dr T. Lee took me in the very next morning. He was great. I have been going back there ever since and highly recommend the Red River Dental Group.
