Experienced, and knowledgeable. But, when I asked about having the procedure on other toes, he did not respond, which meant he didn't think it was necessary or it would help and didn't want to do it, I certainly got it, but, he should likely have just explained it rather than not respond.

If I wanted to hear someone talk about themselves only for 15 minutes, I would have stayed at home with my wife. I don't even think that he knew why I went to his office but he told me that I needed orthotics. I already had orthotics but I don't think that he knew because all he did was talk about how great he was. What a waste of time and money. Left with not one bit of helpful information except how full of himself he is.

Overall impression was that I did not receive personalized care. I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time in a cramped waiting room where I overheard that this was the norm. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and then suggested orthotics even though I told him that I just recently purchased new ones and I thought that that was not my problem. He wanted me to come for some therapy but I decided to go back to my Physiotherapist. Overall impression was mediocre service. Ramsden seems nice but to quick to criticize other health care professionals.

I brought my son in for a wart to see Dr. Ramsden. He was OK, rushed and a very short visit. This clinic needs a bit of updating in every manner. I am supposed to return but I am still not sure.

Dr. Ramsden is a wonderful podiatrist, who is not out to just sell you orthotics, like many of them are. He was able to correctly diagnose my food problem, and solve it quickly. Very pleased.

I knew I chose the right doctor podiatrist he is the president of the podiatry association. After a really bad experience with my chiropractor who made me 2 pairs of insoles and shoes there were so many adjustments. I got frustrated but couldn't get a refund. Dr. Bruce examined me thouroughly and recommended I wear a certain type of sandal in the house instead of my slippers. I went to Walking on a Cloud and bought Vionoics. They have literally changed my life. You are the best podiatrist in Canada. Thank you all

This doctor removed my son's ingrown nails last year and he hasn't suffered since. The aftercare was terrific. He also made me the best orthotics I ever had. He is a sweet, caring doctor.
