For almost a year, he hasn´t even saw me once or check up on me. Lucky I´ve got a new doctor. Nobody cares about us people. Just take care and try to do your best. Eat well, work out and do not stress out much. Sometimes is impossible, I know.

This has been my husband’s diabetes doctor for years. I just saw a post on Rate my Doctor indicating that a pharmacist said he had retired. But he has not sent a letter to his patients notifying them of this important information. We have been trying for months to call and the phone just says “ he is not taking calls at this moment. “ Not a very professional way to handle his retirement - communication with patients upon retirement should be mandatory.

I just found out that Dr. Mulaisho has retired....I found this out by calling the pharmacy in the same building he worked in. Apparently the patient files were to be sent to family doctors....mine wasn't. I just talked to my family doctor receptionist. Not a very good way to treat patients; not sending out a letter to inform them.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mulaishio for almost 3 months now for my Gestational Diabetes and for 3 months now my Diabetes has not been near controlled at all. I have been almost starving myself of carbs to control it while on insulin as well. I’ve provided weekly charts to Dr M and all he does is either send me an email to up my insulin by ONE UNIT every week, or he calls me and says the same lol. For some reason I think waking up with spikes every day calls for more than an increase of 1 unit every 7 days of spikes. I feel ignored and just not cared for at all. Incompetent.

I have been seeing Dr Melaisho for over 3 years now and have always found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. For me he is the kind of medical practitioner I like to have on my side.

I have had in person visits with this doctor, two minutes once a year seemed to be all he could spare me. The wait time in the office was usually quite long, ninety minutes once, and he was there at his desk, and there were no other patients waiting. The staff is not particularly pleasant or helpful. The last phone interview (because of covid) I had developed symptoms and explained my concerns. He lowered my thyroid med and didn't want to see me until October. The symptoms I had were frightening and I managed on my own for a while by stopping both meds he had prescribed. the one medicine is documented to cause the problems I was having, but that was ignored I have since approached my family doctor who is happy to help with this. I have fired Dr. Mulaisho and would never recommend him to anyone.

My Daughter went to see Dr. Mulaisho. She had an underactive thyroid. He dismissed her like there was nothing wrong with her. She left crying. She went to a Natural Path Dr. who did more tests and she has Hashimoto, witch is an autoimmune disorder that affects the Thyroid.

First visit to his office I waited 1 hour and 15 mins to be seen. Reception staff always seem unimpressed and aloof. Dr himself his kind and caring but a recheck 2 weeks later where I waited again 20 minutes for a 30 second discussion and on my way? Seems like a waste of time and just so he can fill his roster/get paid for useless rechecks.
Also made mistakes on 2 of 3 prescriptions, and THEN didn’t put any refills on needles And lancets that I’ll need 5 times a day for another 6 weeks... Seems to be a time waster in numerous aspects.
