This doctor ruined my health by unsafely removing 4 big amalgams all at once, I am still suffering 6 years later!!! wish I was never in her office!!!

This office is all about money, money and money. I called for my son's dental infection and told them if they accepted a type of insurance my child had at the moment. The receptionist said they did and after a couple of minutes the very rude and arrogant office manager called and explained how they can't accommodate the emergency because it wasn't financially profitable due to the fact that they couldn't profit well since COVID -19 mandated them to see limited number of patients. The most absurd and arrogant person I've ever interacted with. I reported them to public health and they have them on the list. Please don't let a doctor who only and only thinks about the financial aspect of dentistry to take care of you!!!!!

Dr. Saeidi-Yousefi accommodated me during the Pandemic. I had an emergency and they took me in as my own dentist was not open. The office manager greeted me cordially and politely. I filled out forms and was taken in within minutes of the time I was appointed for. Dr. Saeidi-Yousefi was polite, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. She was caring, gentle and thorough. She did the work that was needed and I am totally comfortable. I filling was exposed in the x-rays that may need attention later. I was offered the opportunity of having it fixed but since it was late in the day, I declined but i would definitely go back to get it fixed. Contrary to a previous review there was no pressure.
This afternoon I received a phone call from the office manager to inquire if all was well with me and the work that was done. If that is not exceptional service, then what is! I would definitely go back to Dr. Saeidi-Yousefi should the need arise.

I had very bad experience with her. I believe, it is all about money as she always find something to do even if you don't have any issue with your teeth. She removes the fillings and do it again claiming that they have leaks. She filled one of my teeth and the filling was high and uncomfortable. I went to the clinic three times and she couldn't fix it properly and each time charged my insurance for fixing her own fault.

Dr.Raheleh was great, as for her awful office manager, we paid our bill and found another dentist. I don't think Dr.Raheleh knows what a totally unprofessional office manager she has. We tried to talk to her after our very bad experience with her office manager and after leaving 3 messages, we never heard back from her. D.Vieira

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service! Very unprofessional, from rude concierge staff to the dentists themselves , extremely uncomfortable environment ! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy
