When I rang to check appointment dates I was told end of June. When I then forwarded the referral I was advised he was booked out. Clearly there is not enough money to be made from my issue. Not impressed!

Was trying to make an appointment, sent in referral as requested to see if I am "suitable" for an appointment. Received a call back a few days later to learn that I am unable to get an appointment until 2025.

He is not very patient with questions, that's my deepest impression. I feel like not much confidence to proceed to a surgery on my daughter without enough information provided by Tony. So I have to go searching for a second opinion from another doctor. I regret on the money wasted in seeing Dr. Tony. Would not recommend him to my friends.

I usually don't write reviews on Google as I have reservations about the effectiveness of such reviews. However, I couldn't remain silent after reading the last review from AD regarding Dr. Kuo. I personally had an exceptional medical experience with Dr. Kuo. He was incredibly supportive and dedicated a generous amount of time to listen to my concerns. He then proceeded to explain his professional opinion and the methods to help with my condition. I found him to be highly skilled in his field and extremely passionate about providing the best care to his patients. Since my first visit, there has been a significant improvement in my nose condition.

Dr. Kuo goes beyond by keeping regular follow-ups with his patients to ensure their continued recovery. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Kuo for his honesty and helpfulness towards his patients. My friend, who introduced Dr. Kuo to me, had her sinus surgery with Dr. Kuo and has also experienced the same exceptional care and attention.

I could not help but reply to the unfair rating and comment from May 8th, as my personal experience with Dr. Tony Kuo has been exceptional. He is a skilled and compassionate ENT doctor who accurately diagnosed and treated my ear condition. Dr. Kuo took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and his professionalism and patience with patients is commendable. I have recommended him to friends and family members who have all had positive experiences with him. Dr. Kuo is truly one of the best ENT doctors in NSW, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality care.
Dr. Kuo is a credit to his profession and one of the best ENT doctors in NSW. We are incredibly fortunate to have him in the Macquarie area.

Have never dealt with such an unprofessional specialist practice in all my life. His reception staff are rude, abrupt, unorganised and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. This doctor charges two and a half times above the schedule fee after rushing through brief consultations, not taking the time to answer questions or reassure you. He may be knowledgeable but his money hungry attitude and having imbeciles working for him does not instill any confidence at all.

After happily wasting 3 months of my time on a wait list to have my ears cleaned the doctor refused to see me because I could not wear a face mask. I have an exemption from my gp, which he refused. Big thumbs down to this doctor and all his staff that perpetuate this discrimination on someone for having ptsd

I work with Dr Kuo as a nurse in the operating theatre. My first-hand experience is that Dr Kuo is a safe and competent surgeon and cares deeply for all his patients.
His attention to detail means each patient receives the most optimal care in his service.
Each patient is unique, and therefore their treatment should be tailored to them. Dr Kuo is a brilliant surgeon and a delight to work with. I would trust him with my family members.

Dr Kuo is very professional and caring . I have scene many doctors for my little ones continuous sickness and Dr Kuo able to diagnose real issue in one visit. I am extremely pleased with his treatment. He is highly recommended.
