Dr. Lattman is an outstanding and meticulous plastic surgeon, who made my visits and procedure feel safe, smooth and positive. The results of my blepharoplasty and her colleague, Dr. Paul's brow lift are such an improvement to my appearance. I have never had any previous procedures or Botox, but at the age of 58 finally decided that the changes to my face over the past six months left me looking tired and angry all of the time, regardless of my actual feelings and how I'd slept the night before. I literally went from looking in the mirror and saying 'what happened,' to now seeing my face and feeling a lovely sense of self-recognition. Here are a few favorite student comments after I returned to work: "oh my God, you look, like, 29 years younger!" (M, age 9) and "why do you have eyelashes?" (T, age 5). Despite M's remark, who is a child that LOVES hyperbole, I look naturally younger, and to most people simply appear to have gotten rest and maybe even a restorative vacation! OUTSTANDING RESULTS from Dr. Jessica Lattman for me. My case had been a difficult journey for over a year until I was lucky enough to find such a capable, compassionate, skilled surgeon.
I had a complication from a precious eye surgery that didn't't allow my eyelid to close completely.
After many other doctors recommendation to correct this debilitating eye condition with a eyelid graft that didn't promise a good result I was so disheartened.
When I was lucky enough to find this surgeon I could tell the minute I walked into this pristine office that I was in great hands. Elizabeth and the staff could not have been more supportive, capable and caring.
Dr, Lattman treated my condition in a totally different approach that had never even been offered or discussed with me by any previous eye specialist.
After she administered these medications to my eyelid the scar tissue actually loosened allowing me to finally be able to close my eye completely! I was overjoyed !
She didn't stop there although she was able to correct my problem, she knew how important it would be to restore esthetically the look of a normal eyelid area. She slowly and carefully was able to add volume now back to the area that was so compromised.
I honesty can not express my relief and excitement to have found the perfect surgeon for me!

I had upper and lower eye surgery with Dr lattman 1 week ago to say I was thinking about this for over 10 years. Once I saw Dr lattman in person I knew she was the right Dr for me. I could not be happier with the whole process it was so smooth from pre op to the day of surgery and now the post op. I am astonished by the amazing results wish I would have done this sooner. I am ecstatic how natural my eyes looks and the before and after is just so fantastic. I had no bruising and just a bit of swelling but really 0 pain. I would recommend Dr Lattman if you are considering doing your eyes

Dr. Lattman performed a transconj lower bleph on me a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Prior to the procedure, I consulted with another highly regarded oculoplastic surgeon in Manhattan. However, I trusted Dr. Lattman's 20+ years of experience and her recommended minimalist approach. She understood very well that I did not want to change the shape of my eyes in any way, and only wanted my undereye bags corrected. The staff, the facilities, and Dr. Lattman's care were unparalleled. I felt taken care of and heard at every step during the process. Post-operatively, Dr. Lattman made herself available to answer questions and address concerns I had. I give my highest recommendation for her practice!

I met with the doctor twice before finally having upper and lower eyelid surgery in April. It was a little tough for a week or so but so much more than worth it - I am so happy with the better version of myself that I have now. No more asking if I had sleep, feel tired - I just look like me again. Dr Lattman and her entire staff were amazingly professional and informative before, during and after the procedure. I was really happy that I found her, and she eased my concerns about the procedure and was realictic about what to expect, before and after.

Dr. Lattman and her team did a beautiful job on my upper eyelids. I have always have a bit of a saggy left eye and have been thinking about doing this for years. I am a young, active 40-something and have never had surgery. I rarely wear makeup and want my eyes to still look fresh and natural and bright. COVID, and the constant computer work that was making my saggy eyelids more pronounced, and winter presented an opportunity to carve out the time and money to do it. At first, Dr. Lattman thought I might need pstosis repair as well, and we planned for it, until the morning of surgery when she took another look at the initial pictures from months before and the way my eyes looked when I arrived. I was so impressed when she said we wouldn't need to do the extra work on the muscle and that I would get the results I wanted with just the upper lid work. Not only would the recovery be easier on me (no need for same anesthesia), but the procedure would not be as expensive as we first thought. How many doctors are willing to do that? She walked me through the alternative plan and we agreed to move forward. In addition, the team took great care of me both before, during, and after surgery. I had a few questions about how the eyes were healing (right into allergy season!) and the team was responsive. Now six weeks post-surgery, I cannot tell you pleased I am with how things turned out. The scars will continue to flatten and fade, but more importantly, I feel as if a physical weight has been lifted off my eyes and my forehead doesn't have to work so hard to keep my eyes lifted. I cannot recommend Dr. Lattman or her team more strongly.

I recently brought my 20 year old son who had an eye injury as a child that resulted in a droopy eyelid . He was always insecure about his eye because friends pointed it out , and asked “what’s wrong with your eye?” We went to see Dr Lattman and straight away she put us at ease .She was very kind and compassionate , She made my son feel very safe in her hands . Dr Lattman explained in great detail how she could help . She gave us a great amount of time and at no time did we feel rushed . Answered all our questions , calmed our fears . She performed an eyelid ptosis correction and eyelid lift .She is an amazing doctor , who is passionate about her work ,compassionate toward her patients . We were blessed to find her . My son is delighted to now have symmetrical eyes . He looks and feels great . He had a super fast recovery . The after care with Dr Lattman was amazing . Her staff are so knowledgeable and kind ,they walked us through the pre op and post op recovery. Don’t hesitate to contact Dr Lattman with any eye issues you have . She truly is a gem .
