My main issue is his office staff. I not appreciate the attitude of the coordinator named Talia. She is very poor at listening to a patient. She gets all defensive and rude. The wait there has been ridiculous. I was left alone in the exam room for 45 mins once on top of the wait I had in the wait room first. At another appt I went home without seeing the doctor as he was running so late. The office staff mostly is pretty rude. Their business may be thriving and having a dozen staff but there is only one doctor. And yes, his office charge is very high.

I love my new eye sight. The colors are brilliant and I can see both reading and driving without glasses. Dr. Cornell is very informative telling me what to expect as well as alerting me to possible downsides. The office is sparkling clean, well-run and friendly. I’m very grateful.

Dr. Cornell is outstanding! He saved my vision as well. It was a very complicated situation. I am so grateful to have such a truly caring Doctor and staff. His expertise is unmatched.

I called Dr. Cornell's office once at 11 pm on a Sunday, after not seeing him for several years, with what appeared to be an medical emergency. Ten minutes later, he called back told me to meet him in his office in an hour. He gave me a complete eye exam (at half past midnight!)gave me some sample drugs to hold me over until the next day and charged me a grand total of a hundred bucks. It saved me from going blind. He may just be a Beverly Hills "doctor to the stars" to some people, but he's a genuine hero in my book...
