Does not listen to the patients. Unwillingness to prescribe pain medication for broken bones.

Forgot to open office door after lunch. Four patients waiting outside. Does not respond to patient with information following blood work and X-ray. Forgets why appointment was made when patient shows up for it - laughingly calls them "mystery" appointments. Does not communicate well with hospital or patient regarding lab work and appointments with specialists.

Not happy having to cancel surgery so won't have it at all just have to put up with the pain
