This Doctor is the absolute worst doctor in the world, never have I ever met someone so disrespectful and rude. I had to diagnose my own skin problem and when I asked her to check for this certain thing she said "that's not what you have but I will check" turns out I was suffering from a bacterial infection that was MISDIAGNOSED for years by my GP. She put me on an antibiotic for six months which did absolutely NOTHING. I returned to her in which she told me that my issue was not severe enough for anything else and as well it turns out the culture of the bacteria was resistant to what she had prescribed. When confronted with her misdiagnoses she simply replied with "what's your point?" wow she should be sued and have her license REVOKED, go back to Britain where you can treat people like this, this is Canada.

First visit waited two hours for consultation with set appt , Dr was 4 hours behind but I was not informed.Second Appt arrived on time was informed no appointment booked even though paperwork clearly shows. Would not recommend Dr. lost time from work both days

I was frustrated and disappointed with this Dr. I found her to be civil, just barely, and mostly disrespectful. She told me that some skin discoloration was due to sun-bathing. When I informed her that I have never sunbathed, she argued with me and said they were on sun-exposed areas. I told her I do not sunbathe, never have, and always have these areas covered up in the summer. She basically called me a liar, talked down to me, treated me like a child -- i.e., total disrespect and did not listen to me. When I asked her about the meaning of the results of a biopsy, she said "you're allowed to have one." It sounded like she was giving me a treat! What an inappropriate response from a physician.She is arrogant, disrespectful, and does not listen to patients.I would not recommend her.

If you want a doctor who will help you, she is the doctor for you. She tested me for allergies and she answered all my questions. She is professional but she will not baby you nor will she be your best friend. She does her job to the best of her abilities.Her nurse Jennie,(sorry if I spelled your name wrong), is always friendly. She always got me in very quickly and accomodated me in their busy schudule for the patch testing. My first appointment, I waited 20-25 minutes but all my other appointments, there was only a 5-10 minutes wait.

I found Dr. Collin very professional, punctual, and pleasant to deal with. Four appointments over five months - no problems. Handy downtown office location - plenty of parking at The Bay.

I attended Dr Collins office twice she was over an hour late both times I requesterd athe eariiest appt I could get 3 months in advance Was tols no appts before 10:00 Am mine was for 11:30 shortly before 1:00 I was told I would be next.A lady came in and told reception she had an appt at 11:00.Reception told the appt was for 9:00 and was taken in right away I questioned that decision as to why someone could miss an appt and be placed ahead of someone who has waited more than a hour.No Answer told them I was going home after taking the day off work .Have now found another dr who respects his patients
