This Dr. Doctor has the rudest staff ever. I refer a lot of people to this office. My entire family goes there but I will never refer anyone again based on how I was treated because I rescheduled to appointments and missed one. I know it is my fault. I missed one, however rescheduling does not need to be a punishment as far as I'm concerned because they have a waiting list and I'm sure they filled the rescheduled appointments. I was told I can never schedule an appointment there again that I have to go in his office and wait to see him while I am too busy for that. So I'll be looking for a new dermatologist. It would have been nice if they would let you know the policy. Not that that may have changed anything, but it's pretty sad when you have a secret policy and you punish people

Dr. Kumar is EXCELLENT. His interaction with patients is patient and kind. He is thorough and knowledgeable!
