Very caring, knows what she is doing and great at it! I've had her for 3years and she has helped me a lot. I would highly recommend her!! Staff is also great, helpful, and efficient.

Dr.Upadhyay is a top of the line doctor who is highly knowledgeable in her field of medicine. She is down to earth, easy to talk to and very understanding. I would highly recommend her for any problems that you may have.

I see Dr. Upadhyay during her limited office hours in Schaumburg, IL (Thursdays & Fridays). She is a very nice doctor and genuinely seems to care. But she is also forgetful--e.g. even when she's looking at my chart she seems to forget things or will ask the same question at about 4 visits in a row before it sticks. Her advice has generally been good and she's always pleasant and willing to spend 15-20 minutes with you even for a routine med check visit. I do, however get the feeling that the entire BHC office is less professional than I'd like to see. They are always very busy--REALLY busy--but it tends to have an "assembly line" feel to it. In all I'd say if you have a minor issue with mild depression or an addiction that you want to break but isn't ruining your life at the moment, this office and Dr. Upadhyay will do fine. If I had a really serious psychiatric or addiction problem though I'd go somewhere with more personal attention. Hope this is helpful.

She is OK. Not great, not bad. The staff is friendly. She only sees patients on Wednesdays.
