Dr. Shaker is always helpful and understanding . Usually late for every appointment (10-30min).
Front desk staff and reception are absolutely terrible. Always being hung up on, asking inappropriate questions about the appointment details and always seem very unprofessional.

Dr. Shaker is a very well-spoken and knowledgeable family physician. He is always willing to listen and offer well-reasoned advice. I would recommend him to any person/family seeking a physician.

So far so good. We needed a new family doctor after moving. He has been knowledgeable and approachable. He does work efficiently, but I have never felt rushed or like he was not listening. He has always been on time (within 10 minutes) for us. Some staff members are great, some not so great.

The booking staff is absolutely horrible. I called to confirm an appointment and the woman released a bunch of my private information without me asking, even my birthdate!! It is hit and miss whether or not I get into my appointment close to the time I was booked. I assume this has to with the front staff. Now for Dr. Shameem Shaker; Dr. Shameem is extremely pleasant, thorough and not an alarmist like a fellow college of his Dr. Gil (DO NOT SEE DR. GIL). I look forward to being his patient for many years to come.

I have seen Dr. Shaker on at least four different occaisions now and he has been attentive and made me feel at ease. Very easy to talk to, yet still direct and explains things in understandable terms. This relatively new family clinic has come a long way in a short few months in terms of admin/reception. Definitely heading in the the right direction in terms of hold times, appointemnt times, etc.

He is very competent, very pleasant, always respectful. I didn't meet any doctors before who could pay attention to my second numbers of blood pressure. He knows a lot of medicine and how they affect, and tries to choose or combine right one which help me. I feel very safe now with him and my blood pressure under control, eventually goes down.

I like that I can talk to him and he'll listen rather than dismiss. Very easy to talk to and a good sense of humor make him one of the better doctors I've encountered.

Dr. Shaker is a very bright young man and a satisfactory physician. If you ask the right questions he will give great advice and many options, but can come across apathetic for the first few appointments. Reception is good, not great; make sure to book appointments on days when Dr. Shaker is NOT the walk-in doctor to limit wait times.

I am glad he is now my family doctor! Dr. Shaker is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor who actually cares about his patients like about himself. I am now positive I can keep up with my health.

By far the best doctor available, very smart, friendly helpful, and a good sence of humor wich is very much appreciated. It's seems to be hard to find a doctor now adays who's not just out for money- and I truely believe dr Shaker cares more about his patients than money.
