Dr Pincock is an incredible doctor. Reading some of the prev reviews I cannot disagree more. He listens, is attentive and exceptional!

Dr. Pincock is a great doctor! He is kind, caring and shows compassion. He never rushes you and always takes time to listen and explain everything in detail. He is supportive and just plain awesome!
Appointments are for the most part easy to get and the new after hour acute care clinic is so amazing!

Never get to see him and when I do I feel he is not listening

Does not care to listen. Always away and ignores important results that in the end could hurt the patients life and wellbeing

Being a busy office it can be difficult to get through when calling in, but that's at no fault to the staff at all. I appreciate the residents in the office and always have a meeting with Dr. Pincock
after the residents are done to review the appointment. Have never felt rushed or unknown to the staff, they always remember our family when we come in and are super helpful. They are all great at explaining their process and very accommodating with for our daughter ensuring and understanding that we make informed choices for our family. Certainly plan ahead for your appointments and follow the recommendations of booking appointments for prescriptions when you are down to only a month left to ensure you can get in and get a refill sent over to your pharmacy. Great clinic!

I would rather see Dr Pincock than the Residents but I knew what I agreed to when he became out Dr. On saying that, he will also see me if specifically requested. Doesn't hesitate if further tests are warranted and is very patient and doesn't rush you through your appointment. He's has been very punctual with appointment times baring any emergency. The receptionist and nurse know and call me by name and are really friendly. I'm very happy with Dr Pincock as my Doctor.

It is almost impossible to get an appt in a timely manner. whenever I have tried I have ended up having to go to ER instead e.g. last time it was TWO WEEKS before there was an opening and I had to take that one or was told would be another two weeks. He is away for a week at a time and no one covers for him. Nurse is very depersonalizing in her care; never remembers you from time to time, or calls you by name, or anything else that might make the visit more pleasant. Dr. Pincock himself is a patient listener but does not seem all that interested and in my view he needs to review the medical records more thoroughly so he has some idea of what he is talking about when he is with a patient.
