She seems friendly, positive and energetic. The good..she ordered blood work AND an ultrasound asap. The bad... communication is HORRIBLE! I don't know if it's specifically her or the company MYDRNOW but I was told by simonmed they would have and send results sent to the office after 2 days. It was a wk later when I followed up..they said they don't have it. Called simonmed back and they said they faxeD it a week ago and asked them to relax it. Followed up with mydrnow a few days later...they said sandra long never reviewed it. So I waited another 2 wks and made a follow up appointment to discuss my results. She never reviewed it and had to call them to reFAX them. I've been crying and been having anxiety waiting and wondering IF everything is ok. Soo...my results turned out normal. She referred me to a specialist and told me they would call me. It's been 2 weeks and not heard a phone call from them. I just called and asked what was up..they said she never made a note about a specialist. So now I must wait. Omg!!! Lesson learned..see a doctor with good memory and on top of their bleep.
