On the two occasions I came to see Dr. Bernstein he was very dismissive and seemed utterly uninterested in seeing me. He does not speak English well and does not explain things, but he was certainly quick to order additional services to be paid, however. I do not recommend this doctor.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bernstein for years, always satisfied with his care and patience, especially for my elderly parents. I have seen his nurse practitioner as well recently, who is lovely and very knowledgeable.

DR. Bernstein has been my family Dr for 10 years. My family and I couldnt be happier with his helping all my medical conditions. His staff is not only friendly, but on top of everything. If I have any issues with my insurance or my perscriptions, they help fix it ASAP. I wont be changing DR's . DR. Bernstein is the best, and I recomend him to anyone looking for a great family practice.

Recently started seeing Dr. Joseph Bernstein as my PCP. He is very, kind patient and knowledgeable. I have a concern and he addresses it or refers me to where I can get that help. Doesn't say no you shouldnt worry about getting a colonoscopy like my own Local #3 union hall did. Also he takes time and you don't feel rushed. Staff is efficient. Have been 3 times in usually right on time but yesterday I had to wait 30 minutes after my appt to see him.

Really easy to schedule an appointment - I was able to get a same day appointment. The office wasn't the easiest to find at first, but it's comfortable and the waiting time was really short. Dr. Bernstein prescribed me the exact treatment I needed.

I have been going to Dr. Bernstein for past 8 years and have always been very satisfied with my care. He always takes the time to explain what is going on with me. His staff is very polite and always help with any insurance questions I may have. I would certainly recommend Dr. Bernstein to my family and close friends.

They want Co-pay even when you show them the explanation of benefit say no co-pay for preventive care. They collect Co-pay, then bill the insurance company for customer's co-pay. This is unethical as they are double billing to two different parties about the same bill. I ask them for my Co-pay back after I show them my explanation of benefit. Since the insurance company has not pay them yet, they will not reimburse. Medical facility should not be charging Co-pay upfront if the insurance company explicitly is covered under the medical card.
