Good, but be wary if you're a client of a mental health, social service program. Bruce tries to be helpful, but sometimes offers the wrong advice. If you deal with weight-gain (as most patients do) don't let Bruce talk you into going off you're psychotropic meds. Have Bruce contact your psychiatrist first. Feeling the need to reduce meds just for weight loss won't solve the problem alone. Go to a gym if you have too. Seek out help from your social worker, and try to get a nutritionist. These are things that most mental health clients rarely use, but they're now available in the Western Mass area. Not all psychotropic pills cause weight gain. Sometimes it's just "bad habits."
