My mother was treated horribly by this nurse practitioner. She was extremely rude an unprofessional with my mother to the point that she made my mother cry. We've never experienced such lack of professionalism from a medical professional. All patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and this NP didn't treat my mother with either.
