Went in for a HCG test as I had received multiple at home faint positives. I was made to feel a fool for even booking an appointment and asking for blood work to confirm. I have another health condition that medication will immediately have to be adjusted if I am pregnant, and still she made me feel like an idiot for even being concerned. She didn’t even look me in the eyes one time during the appointment. No sincerity, no compassion, no real concern for the fact that this is my first time even trying to be pregnant, and that I was just scared. I’ve seen many of the doctors affiliated with this practice and they are all amazing. I legit will wait before I see her again, even if it is something emergent!

My experience with Cassandra Caver was Excellent! She was very approachable. Friendly and well spoken. Listen to what concerns I had. Never talked over me. Explained everything to me in detail. She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I normally very nervous when going to any Doctor's appointment but she made me feel comfortable. I even referred her to my Mother, as well as Family and Friends. Their experience was the same. We all Love her. She is definitely patient and I can be alot....

I would recommend her to anyone. She has a very welcoming spirit about her self. Made me feel like family, and I never get that going to the Doctor. ❤

AVOID! Shows no concern. Does not want to answer questions. When I asked questions, she would respond that she could not answer my questions and that I needed to ask a doctor. This appointment was a waste of time, and I felt like she did not want to take the time to answer questions. She even stepped out of the room during the appointment, and she was not even paged. My conclusion was that she had an attitude problem, did not want to be working that day, and she didn't want to be bothered answering questions. I left frustrated, angry, and smart enough to never go back there again to see her.

I left this office crying because of this rude woman. She was impatient and had better things to do than review my FIRST ultrasound with me of my first baby. She said numerous times "as i said- or like I said" in a smart-alec tone. She then asked if I had any questions at the end (which I had three) resulting in her inpatient attitude. She was irritated and asked me rudely if I worry a lot, as if my questions weren't worthy of her time. I do not recommend her, actually, I highly recommend to see anyone but her!

As I left, I texted my co-worker that goes there as well and told her about my bad experience with one of the nurse practitioners and before I could even say this lady's name she responded --" Cassandra Caver.- she's terrible, I refuse to see her". She also suggested that I give Novant OBGYN a second chance, as the entire group is amazing- just not Cassandra

The staff in the office was ok but Ms. Caver was impatient, rude, and didn't listen to me as a patient. Disappointing as I had to follow up with my primary care physician to get help.
