Dr. Shook is professional, patient and informative. She does more than just a treatment. Dr. Shook informs you of ways that you can do at home that improve your "condition", as with exercises, stretches, movement activities. When I leave her office, I feel that she has truly listened to me and guided me towards our goal of feeling better with less pain and discomfort.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Laura for 15+ years. She is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. She knows how to listen and always has helpful suggestions. I don't believe I have ever seen her in a bad mood but, she can sure lift my spirits and make my body feel so much better.

Dr. Shook is a fabulous chiropracter. She is very knowledgeable and uses several different modalities such as accupressure, massage and Reiki in addition to chiropractic. I have osteoporosis and Dr. Shook takes extra care with me so as to not exacerbate my condition. Dr. Shook is not your "typical" a chiropracter.

This is the best experience I've had with ANY doctor. Dr Shook, or "Dr Laura" as she introduced herself as to my 4 year old son, is very personable, caring, and patient. She listened to myself, and my son explain his problems, explained to him patiently what she was doing throughout the visit. It was refreshing to interact with someone who I felt truly cared about us and not just the money to be made, like it seems with most in the health profession. We were told he may have to have surgery by his REGULAR MEDICAL DOCTOR, and referred to an Orthopedic Pediatric Surgeon. HOW SCARY!!! Dr Shook was my second opinion. Can you believe after ONE adjustment, my son was walking normal? What a relief, after another physician had said one of his legs was malformed. I recommend Dr. Shook if you to anyone seeking a chiropractor, or anyone having ANY problems. Healing the body NATURALLY is much better than the drastic (and expensive)alternatives!
