Doctor did not show up an hour after my appointment time.

Nurse cancels within the hour of my appt. I live an hour away and am on my way to the hospital, stuck in traffic, when I receive the phone call cancellation. No other doctor was referred to me to see instead and the nurse’s assistant was referring me to urgent care. When I asked how much it was gonna cost, he told me that my health is more important than how much it’s gonna cost. This nurse practitioner and her staff are all clowns
