Nice, but that doesn't make up for the terrible service! They need to replace Ashley as receptionist. She can be rather snotty. If you have something that doesn't require the ER but is still serious, forget it. I had an abscess and was told it would be four or five days to get in. After being a patient for over 2 years! The doctor I ended up seeing said I was lucky it broke open on its own. She said if it hadn't, I'd be in the ER. I have to make an appointment every 3 months just to have my medications refilled! Any other provider I've ever had gives prescriptions for a years worth. Gotta make sure she keeps those dollars rolling in I guess! They are also awful about getting back to you on matters. I've been waiting a week for a return call, as has been the case every other time! I will be finding a new provider!
