Helped me quit smoking and drinking ( 45 + years ) COPD patient he stuck me in hospital and rehab facility . Still have trouble with stamina and breathing but whole lot better than I was .A1 in my book .

Very knowledgable, careing and patient. It's true it is difficult to get an appointment but that's because he is a really good Dr. Several years ago I was hospitalized and in a very run down condition and he was very understanding and got me the specialists I needed-I've been with him ever since. He's a 5 star with me.

Dr. Buksh is a great doctor. Very kind and really cares about his patients. He doesn't run through your appointment, and really listens to what you have to say.

He's always late and has an attitude. He looks at you for about 1 minute and prescibes medicine. He put me on Vytorin - i did not take it. It was found out that this causes more problems than benefits. He never acknowledged his mistake. If you want a doc who is so into getting big pharma kickbacks - then he is your man!

Dr. Buksh alone is a great doctor, but it is almost impossible to see him. His waiting list for an appointment is usually about 4-5 weeks out. When you do go for an appointment, plan on sitting in the waiting room for over an hour at least. I moved to a different doctor in a different practice due to the wait times and lack of appointment times available.

He is always very eager to put the patient on long term prescriptions. I wonder if the pharmaceuticals have a reward program???

This doctor has quite a high opinion of himself. I broke my ankle and went to the Orthopedic he refered and when I had surgery before I saw him, he was busy with a Christmas party, he sent me a letter saying he was dropping me because of non-compliance. I tried to phone him to discuss this but, he would not take me call.

Dr. Stephen R. Buksh possesses an exceptional knowledge of Internal medicine and stays consistently well informed of all most recent pharmacological advancement information. He has been mine and my wife's doctor since early 2004 and is an extremely caring and conscientious doctor. We have both received more help from him in identification and resolution of medical issues over the past two years than we had in the prior twenty-five years of combined doctors.
