She is the best! Sometimes you have to wait a little past your appointment time but I'm thinking its because she's taking time to answer the questions of the patients before me, like she does me!

I had to wait a few minutes but overall the visit went smoothly. Great staff! The front desk woman and Kelly the nurse, ROCK! Mrs. Baker takes her time with her patients, she helped me to see what was going on and didn't rush me while I was explaining everything to her. I am really glad that I found someone who makes things absolutely clear and concise. I'm going back again and this time I am bringing my family.

I went in for anxiety meds. Worked up the nerve had been having panic attacks. She put me on meds that I took before I went to bed . I took the first one and don't even remember getting in bed. I woke up the next day and had no motivation. I missed 2 days of work and felt like S**t the rest of the week taking them. I got a phone call the end of the week. They had taken my blood to supposedly check my thyroid . Well the phone call the nurse told me to drink alot of Gatorade and come back in. Well I had made an appointment for my yearly exam so I told the nurse we could just check it then. Well when I went for my yearly I thought I should mention the arthritis , that the same doctor had said I was getting in my knees the year before, the same do tor that had given me a light pain med for this pain, had gotten worse. My knees were killing me. My knees pop, they ache when I try to stand . I can't go one minute without them hurting. The doctor said that " come on they don't hurt you so bad you can't walk". . So knowingly speaking to a woman with anxiety disorder she says this. Doesn't even look at my knees . Says if they hurt me that bad I need to go to an orhtopedist. My insurance doesn't cover a an orthopedist. I have a really high deductable. I'm never going there again. I was treated like s**t. She showed no concern for me whatsoever. I could keep going but am really p**sed off ! Oh and they didn't check anything except do my pap smear for my yearly!

Ms. Baker is very attentive and caring although the staff seem hurried and rude, the nurse I dealt with made me so uncomfortable if it weren't for Ms Baker being so easy to talk with and her showing genuine concern I wouldn't go there again. Also, it is a shared office the first of the two windows being for another doctor, don't make the mistake of stopping there first! The soak with the long dark hair is very unpleasant and from what I saw she was that way with everyone she spoke to. I highly recommend Ms. Baker, it is difficult to find someone your whole family can go to and actually be pleased with the care you receive, dealing with the rude blond nurse is a price to pay to receive your care from someone who isn't just herding patients through in masses.
