I saw Jean for a car accident. Dr ayers was my doctor but was rarely available. Jean and I talked abut my car accident and physical therapy. Then she asked if she could do a routine pap while I was there. I said ok. When i got up after the pap. There was this strange gel like substance with black spores in it all over the bottom of the sink. I was called a week later telling me I had an issue. I was the strongest and healthiest Id ever been until this day. I saw years later in my medical records that she put i was seen for foul odor and abdominal pain This is a blatant LIE. ITS HOW SHE COVERED UP PERFORMING THIS UNECESSARY PAP IN WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT SUBSTANCE WAS IN THE SINK AFTER. the sink was empty before she came in. The substance looked like gel from a petrie dish. BEWARE

I would not trust this facility with a dog I liked. They lied on my medical records and I was turned away and sent home for being FIVE minutes late. The receptionist that was on that day called me later and told me she felt awful and disagreed with the way they were running that practice and was quitting soon and she DID quit

Lies on medical records from a visit with this woman. I was seen for a car accident. Neck and back pain. Her records indicated that i was seen for vaginal pain and foul odor. This is a complete lie. I would see a gyno for lady part problems. I had been involved in a car accident a week before this visit. Noting gynecoligically wrong with me at that visit. I later was hurt by an affiliate of theirs dr michael ira riech and the records from Jean sullivans visit had been changed to match the symptoms caused by dr riech. Make no mistake my fellow woman. They will hurt you and cover it up.

I went in after a car accident. I could never see my dr. Katherine ayers. So I always saw Jean Sullivan. I told her I was in an accident. Neck and back pain. She asked me about my love life and if I would let her do a routine pap. My medical records years after this visit said I was seen for burning in my vaginal and foul odor and abdominal pain. Are you kidding. I would go to a gynecologist for those symptoms. These were blatant lies. Stay away my fellow woman. Something weird going on here

Do not trust this practicioner or this establishment. I have had medical records blatantly lied on. I saw strange substances in the sink after paps. They act very nice here until you decline anything they want and as long as you do everything they say and pay and they have control they will b nice. Please beware. Bad stuff going on here!!!! Jean Sullivan is not to be trusted.

I visited jean sullivan after a car accident she asked me about my relationship status and we ended up doing pap smear. After the pap I found gel like substance with black spores in the sink. looked like from a petri dish. I got a letter in the mail week later telling me I had hpv. I later got my medical records. She lied in my medical records saying I came in for vaginal discharge, abdominal pain and vaginal odor with burning. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. I was seen for a motor vehicle accident. I would have gone to my obgyn for symptoms like what she said. I was sent for a colooscopy by her as well. Something fishy here ladies. ILLEGAL STUFF GOING ON AND THESE DOCTORS ARE WORKING TOGETHER.
