It's the worst doctor's office we've ever been to in my life. The staff constantly filled out paper wrong - and when things got denied because of it they just refused to take my call to get it fixed.

One time my other half found an actual WILL slipped in with the papers he was filling out... as in they tried to sneak in something that said they'd get money from him if he died!!

They are so poorly set up they have 1 station you have to go to have them check blood pressure and such and get weighed right out in the open in front of everyone.

I feel like he doesn't want to do any exams himself, just give authorizations to see specialists on even the simplest items. When I casually mentioned I need to get new glasses, he instantly wanted me to see an opthamologist--I said I could just go to Wal-Mart, but he insisted. He's never given a physical prostate exam, just gives authorizations to see a specialist. This is simple stuff he should do himself. I'd be better off taking care of myself!

I was given this doctor as my pcp and I was very upset to see that I was given a doctor who was given horrible reviews online. Come to find out this office deserves everything people are saying! Everyone you talk to is rude and promises to do things that they never will do. I have been calling for one month now just to get my authorization to see obgyn to be sent authorized and faxed to the obgyn. This doctor needs to fire all of his staff and start over! I will never get to meet this doctor because I will never put myself in the position to deal with his staff ever again. I finally went and called he medical group myself to get them to give me authorization number and authorization to fax. I am 6 months pregnant and should be paid for doing their job. I hope the doctor reads these reviews he gets because his staff is ruining his reputation

Dr. Arastu does not want to take any patients' health responsibilities.Very poor in decision making. He is paranoid to provide or sign any required notes or forms requested by other surgeons and specialists for the treatment of his patients. Immunization is $0 for me and written clearly on my Insurance card. But his staff took $10 from me for flu shot saying that they will check the coverage later and return it to me, which they still haven't. They keep saying that they have asked the billing person to mail the check to me. I am still waiting. When you call his office, even before you start speaking they put you on hold for a LONG time...and then you hang up in frustration. They never return calls. The service is HORRIBLE. It is very difficult to get your medical reports from them. Dr. never discusses the test results with you. No action is taken or no advice is given for improvement of your tests.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Arastu for the past 18 years. I have type 2 diabetes and my husband has hypertension. Dr. Arastu has always been there to listen to us and address any concerns we may have. He is extremely patient and caring. I love Dr. Arastu, I will continue to go to him and I recommend all of you to see him as well.
