Tates Creek Baptist Health- Tried to call my primary care physician for medical advice concerning a worsening problem (on a friday, to try and avoid weekend health care chaos.) Receptionist said Dr. Schuller would call at the end of the day after all patients have been seen. I never got a call and had to decide for myself if I needed urgent treatment when it could have been avoided. This office does not have your best interest at heart. Whether it was the receptionists fault for not informing Dr. Schuller of my call or not, this is unacceptable and beyond frustrating. Will not be returning.
