Dr. Masci is very kind, but I feel he is not up to modern times with certain retinal issues. His technician that comes in first is the worst. She barks at the patients, claims we are making things up etc. The first time in my 59 plus years I have experienced such rudeness. Very unprofessional. I told Dr. Masci and hopefully, she was reprimanded. I plan on seeing a specialist in retinal problems, as I still have the same issues that arent clearing up.
