Andrew had a horrible attitude the whole time. Completely inconsiderate. I told him what I want done to make me feel better I don’t mind paying for the tests I requested for my peace of mind but this assshole needs to go to school for some *ucking customer service. Arms crossed, snappy, smart asss attitude I could’ve got more help from google
