Front desk staff was very rude on the phone. Upon visiting they seemed friendly to my face, yet I could hear them talking about me when I was sitting down (laughing about the spelling of my name). Way to make your patients feel comfortable. I only sat for about 5 mins, and when I was taken into the room both the nurse and the nurse practitioner paid more attention to the "iPad"-like device that they were tapping away on, rather than actually looking at me. I felt like I might as well have been talking to the wall. By the end of it, they offered no suggestions to help me and told me I would be referred to someone else. Feeling frustrated I started crying. Dr. Shores simply walked out of the room to get my referral leaving me there, and when she returned she handed me the referral, said "good luck" and quickly walked back out. Didn't ask if I was ok, didn't offer me any kind of sympathy, not even so much as hand me a tissue. "Good Luck" to you too lady..I won't be returning.
