This office has always been great! I saw Dr. Banks for multiple years and he always was so caring. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.

I have been to several different dentists in California and Europe and all of them were a terrible experience as either they couldn't find the problem which caused major problems over time, or they found too much dental work and overcharged me ruining as well more over time. Now i feel completely blessed that I' m a patient of Dr. Banks!!! I drive about 2.5 hours one way to get to their office because its worth every minute and dollar spent. I just got a two-tooth bridge done with him, it looks excellent, was done pain free and quickly and very professional. His assistant Rachel is great too. They work like a dream team and also are always in a wonderful mood and full of jokes and smiles. You get pampered at the office, from mango odwella smoothies to pillows and blankets, i've always had top treatment at their office. Feels like having a family visit instead of going to the dentist. I've also referred my boyfriend to get all his miserable amalgam fillings changed, his teeth were in the most miserable shape with all poorly done work in mexico. Yes, we spent tons of money, but dr. Banks always just those the necessary work needed and tries to save you money and all your healthy teeth. I think he is super talented, friendly, smart and cool dentist, that loves his job and that 100% won't rip you off. In regards to insurances i dont know, as i've only paid out of pocket...

My wife and I were very good customers of Dr Jake Banks but had to drop off because the Office staff was pretty bad and are not very knowledgeable when it comes to using Flex account/HSA accounts. I went for appointment and their was lot of ambiguity in their answers. They made me pay the cancellation fee even though I turned up to my appointment but could not go ahead with the treatment since they were unsure if my HSA card would pay it. I have seen lot of places where they give you a one time courtesy off but I did not like how the staff handled my situation. I just paid to get out of the office and I and my wife would never go back for treatments again. Dr Claudia was very knowledgeable but Its sad that I will have to leave Good doctor for the kind of business policies they have in place which are definitely not customer friendly.
