The WORST, WORST, WORST doctor office experience!!!! The admin staff is NOT capable! I only saw a midwife once because they continually cancelled my appointments with little or no notice saying that I needed a different type of appointment. It took 4-5 days to return my calls (after I called 3 times) - even when I thought I was having a miscarriage! I called to change my appointment time and they lost my request. The office manager wouldn't return my calls. Then when I tried to transfer offices, they wouldn't help. I had to ask my new office to request my records. The doctors/midwives may be great, but good luck getting past the office staff!
