Karen is horrible, she has the rudest attitude and is very dismissive. She hardly wanted to even perform my pap and kept asking irrelevant questions that didn’t pertain to my visit. This lady asked me do I wear a seatbelt while driving??? What the hell does that have to do with my vagina? She also made a comment about my weight mind you I already go to a weight loss doctor that’s not what I’m here for. She asked me a question and as I’m explaining she cut me off and basically told me she didn’t care to hear all of that this lady is so unprofessional and I will never go back to her!!! she needs to be kicked out of the medical field!!!!!

I love all the doctors I had at Cleveland clinic but Karen Johnson is the rudest nurse practitioner I’ve ever met. Maybe because she think she’s a doctor. She is rude, made comments about my appearance and is ignorant. Her email messages doesn’t make sense and she is really defensive. Cleveland clinic clearly filters her comment because they don’t want to look bad. Cleveland clinic, if you guys care about your patient (clearly don’t) get rid of this Karen.

Karen did not really listen to what I had to say at my follow up appointment after my surgery. She also informed me three times of how long it takes for medical personnel to obtain their education, and learn the jargon. Karen also informed me there was no way I could be experiencing the symptoms I said I was having....I am very anemic. She did not order blood work to follow up, she based my symptoms on "her education". What happened to listening to the patient? While she is parading her credentials, she has no idea who she is speaking to, nor their credentials. Would not recommend her to anyone. She needs not to get so caught up in what she thinks she knows, and communicate with the patients.

At an appointment on Friday afternoon, Dr. Johnson-Guy made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed. It was clear she wanted to get me out of the office, as I was the last patient of the day. She completed her exam quickly, even though I was uncomfortable. I asked her questions and she brushed them off, telling me to make another appointment in 6 weeks. I won’t be returning.

I am surprised she is still allowed to practice. Just goes to show that all you need are credentials and no one cares just how dreadful your are. Very bad attitude.
