Never felt this uncomfortable with any doctor. Dr. Maybel Wahab was desinterested and rude. So surprised that an institution like The Johns Hopkins Hospital would employ an individual with such a negative attitude and poor manners.

Dr. Maybel Wahab seemed incredibly annoyed throughout the entire video conference from the fist minute. First, I assumed something highly upsetting must have happened right before this call and she will snap out of her negative attitude if I remain friendly and patient, but Dr. Maybel Wahab acted highly unprofessional throughout the entire visit. I am glad it was an online visit, so that I knew to never make an in-person appointment with her. Unfortunately this prolonged me getting the biopsy that I needed because after waiting weeks for this appointment, I now had to find a different gynecologist and wait again for their next available appointment. (My regular GYN had recently retired and I thought Johns Hopkins would be a great place to find a new gynecologist.) It was an unbelievably terrible experience. I would definitely NOT recommend making an appointment with Dr. Wahab.

I made my appointment well in advance last year and the provider was extremely to not even adhere to the professional standard of care related to a patient's time. I waited over 40 minutes after not being seen and had to leave. If I, as a patient, can adhere to the schedule, then I should reasonably expect that of my provider. If these were my actions and I gave no notice on my end due to my tardiness, I would not be seen and would be considered extremely inconsiderate and rude. However, these were the actions of your staff at this location. I will not be coming back to this location and can't even fathom why being treated this way is the norm from this location. Do better!

I have been seeing Ms. Wahab downtown for over three years and now recently at Greenspring for annual GYN visits and have found her friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She takes the time needed to answer questions and offers helpful advice. The Greenspring office is efficient and well run and of course the parking is free.
