Had this doctor for a long time. She just changed to majority of appointments being on phone and she doesn't read her own charts at all. Constantly reminding her of conditions and every call is late and feels like the first one. Fran used to save the place. Now with Laura everything is unreliable.

Thus doctor delivered medical substances to me without my consent. In fact against my stated preferences. Then she patted me on the arm and said "well you needed them anyway." I have been neurologically injured now for three years from Dr. Grays medical interventions in 2019. She has never acknowledged what her "treatment" did to me in terms of physical harm, or the ripple effects her medecine has had on my abailiaty to mprovide for my family. She has never appologised. The Ontario College of Physicians did nothing but tell her to make sure, from now on,,,that she has informed consent from her clients before she injects them withe anything or delivers medecine. I start say that should have been her starting point. This MD Got me under her winhg when I was new in town and vulnerable. She has also been reported to the College for a number of other tresspass issues related to humans she is supposed to be acting towards with integrity. I would not recommend Dr. Gray for anything other than writting letters and perhaps her funky hair coloring is fun for younger "patients.". What a heart break to trust this woman.

I have never been so happy with my Dr Gray.Shei is an amazing dr ,very caring ,and
knowledgeable .She is truly a great dr.,I’ve been with her for 30 years,and hope to be with her till she retires .AS SOON as #he starts taking new patients,I would love my grandson to have her as his Dr,,Keep up the good work Dr Gray

Perhaps the worst most irresponsible rude condescending mean spirited unprofessional so called doctor have ever encountered. Embarrassment to the medical field, This one misunderstood taking the hippocratic oath for being hippocratic. Much better off with a vet or horse doctor than this mean spirited so called doctor thing!.

My wife went to inform her doctor she was pregnant with our 4th child…. The doctors response “well if you don’t do anything about it it’s gonna keep growing” then proceeded to shame her for not wanting the covid shot through the pregnancy. Pregnancy went very well as we planned as did the birth. The dr since regressed her attitudes and opinions But that won’t change what happened. Currently waiting on an opening for a happy, healthy family of..6

I read every negative rating here and they are bang on. Its like all you are doing is inconveniencing her. Terrible doctor trying to find a new one for my family

I am very satisfied with Dr Gray. She always listens to my problems. She has sent me to specialist for various things. I told her I was having some angina and she immediately sent me for tests, I ended up having a triple bypass operation. I feel she really cares about my health and she tries very hard to get me to stay in shape. I also feel very comfortable talking to her about anything , sex problems, Ect. I think she is wonderful !

I’m not pleased overall, having been with her for 8 years. She’s been dismissive, and her personality is hit and miss. I do appreciate that she sits down and faces me during serious discussions, but I don’t feel she has genuine care or interest into my pressing health concerns. I’ve had too many bad experiences or encounters with her, that I’ve noticed myself ignoring even my most persistent health symptoms, which has only delayed my own treatment and/or recovery from these issues. I want a new doctor, as I’m not getting younger, and these issues are only getting worse. Now, with Covid as a barrier to accessing healthcare,... I don’t see resolving some of these longstanding problems, anytime soon. She can be lovely, she can be downright rude. She’s very moody, and I never know what kind of treatment I’m going to get. She has also not been able to remain objective through my divorce, and has shown favouritism to my other half. This has jeopardized my well-being, and made an already painful experience, worse for me. She’s not my favourite healthcare provider.

Very condescending. Very unprofessional. Misdiagnosis multiple times. Pill pusher. Absolutely do not recommend.
