She has been my primary doctor for over ten years. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Order lab work and other testing to define any issues and lays out options for treatment. I think her being an internist give her the additional knowledge to take all factors into consideration.

She is very rude. doesn't listen to what you have to say. she will push you threw like cattle. she double books appointments. constantly reschedules. it takes two months to even get an appointment the they call to reschedule. If you have an opinion and she doesn't agree she attacks you . extremely vindictive and will retaliate if she finds u a threat .

I have been to Dr. Susan for several years. She is spot-on, smart and accurate. She predicted I would need an ablation, and two months later I did, after a big heart episode. She also found a nodule on my thyroid that no one else has ever spotted. In my 60's now, I find her to be the most reliable and excellent internist anyone could have.

I have been this doctor's patient for many years, she has always been thorough and courteous, has always given good advice. I find her staff to be courteous and knowledgeable also. The waiting time in the waiting room is much like waiting in any doctor's office, usually 10 minutes or less.

This doctor was late EVERY time I saw her. Her bone density tech quit without notice and I know why. The last time I went to see this doctor she yelled at me in the room and told me to look at her when she is talking to me so that she knows I am paying attention. I dont pay people to yell at me!!! very rude lady!!! Her staff was rude to me before leaving when I just wanted to verify when they set up my appointment. I only recommend this doctor if you like paying people to be mean.
