Dr Karin and all her staff are the best. She has been our dentist for almost 15 years, and has taken extremely good care of us. We are always met with a smile when we walk in, and ANY questions or concerns are always dealt with quickly, correctly, and in the most courteous way. When I was going through chemo and radiation for breast cancer, she told me how the treatment could damage my teeth (the hospital staff never told me), and she guided me through my cancer treatment, and after following her recommendations, my teeth were just fine. Although we are thinking of moving 100 km away, we still plan to drive back here to Dr. Karin and her terrific staff. She has the most up to date technology. The office is decorated with a big castle for children to play with and Dr. Karin specializes in treating kids. Great dental team!

My family have been patients of Dr VanRyswyks for 15+ years - we have never had a bad experience there until recently - for reasons unknown she has had some staff changes and a few of the newer employees are just not up to par with the previous team. One of the newest members works at the front desk and is loud, unprofessional and constantly interups you. I will learn to live with these little flaws because we love Dr Karin and her remaining original staff -

Dr Karin was my dentist for over 20 years before I moved. I loved the modern office and my new dentist told me my dental work was excellent. I would highly recommend her.

Pamela is very condescending, staff discuss other patients, roll their eyes, makes me wonder what they say when we leave the office. My husband was running 13 minutes late, we called to let them know, they said "oh, don't worry about it" next time he came in for the appointment they charged him $50 for missing the last appt. had we known this would be the case, he would have came in. We live 2 minutes away. Most recently I took my 3.5 year old there, and they polished her teeth, and did 1 minute of tartar removal, charged the insurance company for 15 minutes which was covered and the polishing was not. No one asked or informed me that that would be the case, normally after they submit the claim,they tell me oh you'll get $$$ back. (90% coverage) this time it wasn't mentioned, until I got my reimbursement and it was $40 short. 2 for staff behaviour as I find them condescending. And 1 for helpfulness, there are plenty of other Drs in the city to treat our family better. Will not return.

My neighbour worked with and recommended Dr. Karin when we moved to London. My husband and 3 children went to her and loved her; I continued with a dentist close to work. When I switched, she had moved into a state-of-the-art building - comfortable yet you can see the sterilization centre. She and her staff are very professional and friendly - they know my family members by name even when I meet them on the street (not from the patient docket). She is constantly upgrading her skills and those of her staff. They treat patients and each other with respect. Patients are encouraged to return to the office after all treatments if the patient has any pain, etc. We have had fillings, veneers, crowns, plus regular cleanings with no need to return. Even with referred orthodontal work, they work with you - taking xrays at their office and sending to save you the higher orthodontal rate, plus meticulous cleaning and gum management. I highly recommend Dr. Karin Van Ryswyk.

After many years of archaic dentistry experiences as a child I developed a phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Karin has cured me of my fears. She and her staff are very patient and always greet me joyfully when I arrive. After several cleanings and two major restorative procedures I'm pleased to say I felt no pain during the procedure or after the freezing wore off. I believe i have overcome my dental anxiety.
