He ignored me when I asked questions and wouldn't look at me. I had to keep asking him questions again before he would answer any.

You wait a long time, in the office, but all is OK as this Doctor spends time with you answers your questions, and I have much trust in him doing the right thing on my eyes. He is very thorough and also conservative in his surgery. A great Doctor!
