Do NOT recommend unless you are looking to have your HIPPA rights violated and to be up sold with unnecessary procedures. I scheduled a full day off work so that I could have have both an exam and a cleaning. The office assured us that they booked enough time for both. When I arrive the receptionist was friendly (that is the only positive thing about this place). When I sit down for the exam I notice that they have dental records from a previous dentist, however I DID NOT give them permission to retrieve my dental records from my previous dentist. As a federal law enforcement officer, I immediately recognize that this is a HIPPA violation. I will be pursuing this further. Then the hygienist immediately starts probing about how I feel about having a scaling /root planing procedure. Many dishonest dentists who push this procedure do so because it is a higher profit for them, even though the procedure has been shown to cause significant gum issues in the long term. The hygienist then measures my gums and is jamming the probe as deep as she can so as to be sure to get elevated readings so they can justify trying to sell me on the root planing/scaling procedure. It wouldn't surprise me if they get a bonus in their pay for every person they can upsell on getting these unneeded procedures. I refused the scaling procedure and the dentist tells me he will not do the normal cleaning. So I took a day off work for nothing! Honestly, I am sick and tried of the dental industry trying to taking advantage of people in this way and that is why I am giving this review. It cost me a full day of work and they violated my HIPPA rights and I will tell everyone I encounter to avoid this place like the plague. They are scammers and should be avoided in my opinion.

went for an emergency exam. Very friendly people and dentist was honest and explained very clearly about all my options. Did not try to up-sell treatment.

Finally i found a dentist who treats patients as a human and not a money machine. I was given all options from best possible way to treat my condition to least expensive way and told me to make the decision rather than pushing me to get something done. Best holistic approach from a dentist so far.. Thank you doc
