We saw Dr Chapman at our clinic as a locum and would like to see him here permanent
He heard our concerns and fully followed up and with excellent communication and result.

This doctor conspired with my employers to force me back to work. I was later diagnosed by Workcover medical panel to have suffered 30% total & perm. injury and later clinically diagnosed with left frontal lobe impairment. To one formerly having an eidetic memory, this is like a lobotomy, leaving me helpless & hopeless & without hope of full recovery. Dr Chapman's misconduct contributed to my devastating depression diagnosis and after taking care of me for a decade prior, I felt abandoned and foresaken by someone in whom I had had such trust and high regard.
