Meredith is by far the most caring and knowledgable midwife that I have ever met. She cared for me after a very traumatic delivery of my premature son after I had horrible care from a different midwife. She has superior obstetrical knowledge and incredible bed side manner. She supported me during my post partum struggle and post surgical repair as well as breast feeding struggles and weight gain issues with my preemie baby. She ALWAYS took the time to answer my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would find someone who did and always provided prompt follow up. She is very respectful towards a mothers wishes for a birth plan but is fully capable of handling any situation that arises during delivery. She is the upmost professional and demonstrated a tremendous level of care and empathy towards me and my son. I would recommend her 100 times over to any woman looming for superior care of themselves and their babies.

I met Meredith earlier today as I was desperately seeking help for my unborn baby. Previously, 2 of my unborn babies have died and I required progesterone to maintain 2 successful pregnancies. Incredulously, I was told that I needed to make an appointment with them (about a 3-4 week wait) before they could refer me to a physician (who knows how long a wait) who would then FINALLY order a blood test to which still takes an additional 2 or 3 days for results EVEN THOUGH I explained that my babies typically died during the week I found out I was pregnant. When I explained that I didn't want to put the baby's life at risk by waiting, I was told it was against policy to order a blood test "for anybody off the street." She even had the audacity to ask if the baby was planned! Her advice to make an initial appointment before getting pregnant which is not only useless but also the opposite of what the staff told me. I wouldn't expect her to make an unborn baby's life a priority.

Meredith is a competent and wonderful person. She will be there with the right answers to any questions, with the compassion required to boot. A wonderful lady all around!!
