I was not impressed at all. My daughter had a baby tooth pulled and Dr Muncy wanted to put a crown in its place. She is 5 and it's a baby tooth...he was very short on patience with her while pulling the tooth. I have not been back to them and will not go back. I'd highly recommed you take your children elsewhere.

Extremely poor and unknowledgeable staff /hygenist. Found 4 "cavities" and crown job that needs to be done , second opinion and Xrays showed that her teeth are solid as rocks!! Unbelievable what some will do to bill insurance! Save your time/money and PLEASE go elsewhere. Glad I did!

Dr. Muncy did not fully explain the work that needed to be done. He did a root canal and placed crowns on teeth my child had recently had filled charging me twice the originally quoted price. She was in a lot of pain for days and even her teacher and school nurse expressed concern over the pain and amount of work my child has had done on teeth that looked healthy. He is quick and out of the room before any questions can be asked. My child has been scheduled for more crowns but i will be taking her elsewhere for another opinion.

I felt I was mistreated at the last appoinment. My daughter was suppose to be seen at a certain time, when they did not call her name, I went to ask how much longer and they did not have her scheduled. I was very upset because they gave me a confirmation call a couple of days before the appointment. I asked what was my option and they said they would have to reschedule. No apologies was given and the receptionist just said this happens often with 4 people working in the office. I left with no one looking, smiling my way or not even a goodbye from the receptionist. I was very dissapointed with there lack of professionalism. I have been with them for 3 years now and this was the first time I felt so uncomfortable and offended. Dr. Muncy is a great doctor that loves kids but his receptionist needs to be thoughtful and friendly to the clients.

This practice treats the whole child not just the teeth. Dr. Muncy was great with my daughter and she can't wait to go back.
