I have been taking my boys to Pediatric Dentistry for 16 years! My boys love Dr Mark! He has given excellent care to both boys! I highly recommend him and his staff!

Did not like the place was not helpful no personality from the staff to the dentists was not. Friendly would not reccomend

Our children love going to Dr. Muncy. He's funny, punctual, and caring. The kids don't even realize they're at a doctor's office.

Very rude... has anger issues. The "fun" doctor that he portrays in his commercial is FAKE. Go somewhere else!

I have taken all three if my children to Dr Muncy for the past 10 + years. I have found both Dr Muncy and his staff to be friendly, professional, and they have always provided excellent care.

Dr. Muncy came in for 7 minutes top and recommended caps on all 4 top front teeth. He filed the teeth down to nearly nothing and then complained to my husband and I how there was nothing to put the cap on. Fast forward 5 months and we had to get one put back on. The hygienist put her in this "cozy blanket" 15 minutes before he even came in the room, let her head fall off the said of the chair twice and myself and my aunt had I had to tell her to pick her head up. She rudely did so. When he finally came in he seemed aggravated he explained, how the it would be best to pull it bc there was nothing there, I said no. He continued to reluctantly put the cap back on. He gave her no numbing meds, like explained. He then began to file the glue out of the tooth over my childs face and put it back on. When he got done the nurse wouldn't get her out of the "cozy blanket" I had to reach and do it. She then rudely pulls her by her arm to push her toward me. I will NEVER taker her back there again!

My daughter has been going to Pediatric Dentistry for years and loves it. I recently had an issue with billing, but the staff was quick to resolve it. You can't expect everyone to be perfect, but I appreciate it when a company is willing to "make it right." Needless to say, my daughter will continue enjoy watching Madagascar while getting her teeth cleaned!
