I have a wonderful experience with Dr. Gluck. He is a very human Doctor. He is not a typical "business doctor" he took care of my wife during her entire pregnancy. For sure I always recommend this Doctor to any who ask me.

Never once through my wife’s entire first 8 months of pregnancy (we left this practice for a different doctor that late in the pregnancy) did her scheduled appointment start on time. Often times we didn’t even leave the waiting room until 45 minutes after the scheduled start time. The office staff expressed terrible management and personality. After multiple calls for concerns of pain and impalements, no return phone call was received in less than 4 hours regarding the, later warranted, concerns. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who cares about appointment punctuality, friendly office staff, or a feeling that you can contact this office and receive a timely return phone call.

2 other women I know ended up with Dr. Gluck on call when they went into labor. One woman ended up with a C section and 2 days later her wound opened up. She had to have surgery again and he blamed her saying she must have lifted something heavy, but she had not. The other woman I know tried natural delivery at home and had to go to the hospital for treatment when the baby didn't arrive. Dr. Gluck was very rude to her and said, "Oh, NOW you want me to save your life." He was the doctor on call when I went into labor, too. He wouldn't answer my questions, he was rude and disrespectful, he offered ZERO support during my labor and then declared an "emergency" C section after only allowing me to push for 30 minutes. It was 10:30 PM and his shift was ending so he needed to deliver the baby. I have PTSD from the experience, but he doesn't know that because he didn't ask me how I was doing after. And he gave me no follow up report on how the surgery went. Avoid him at all costs.

You will not find a kinder doctor in El Paso. I love his staff, the girls are great. Dr. Gluck does not just treat the symptom he treats the patient too. He knows what he is doing and if you follow his advice and directions he will see you through your pregnancy.

Receptionist may be rude but the rest of the staff were marvelous. The doctor is really respectful, kind, and knowledgeable.

Dr Gluck with infertility patients and very understanding. He'll help till the end and answers any question you have, no matter how simple/hard it is. Very good person at heart, and becomes like family.

Dr. Gluck is one of the nicest, most attentive doctors I have ever visited. His staff is very polite. Even in the most uncomfortable of situations (ob/gyn) he makes you feel comfortable.
