I have nothing but praise. I like her bluntness. I know how things are with out a bunch of junk being said . Very straight forward.

Arrogant. Unprofessional. Condescending to patients.

Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, doesn't listen to patient. 40 minutes late for appt. Spent 5 minutes scolding me for telling her what I thought might have caused hearing loss. When I left, she stated that there was nothing wrong with my hearing, even though I still can't hear out of my left ear.
Seriously consider seeking out an alternate ENT, this one is a waste of time and AHS funding.
She really should look for another line of work, perhaps Walmart.

She used the "F word" repeatedly. Pretty sure she did it for shock value and apologized the first time, but then continued to do it. My teenage son was the patient and he refused to go back to her and listen to her vulgar language. Respect your patients, they respect you. Language like that does not belong in a professional office. My teenage son has more class than she does. I am giving her 1 star for knowledge because obviously her vocabulary is abysmal.

My eardrum burst for no apparent reason, really scared me. Went to her with my concern that the ear didn't seem to be healing. "Tell me everything and leave nothing out" she says. Probably would have if she wouldn't have kept interrupting me! She used the scope, my left sinus is obstructed, but we're not here for your sinuses we're here for your ear! Your sinus problem is because of the smoke. No, I've had this before the fires, and there was no smoke this morning at home. Basically she said BS, and proceeded to explain how the smoke would travel! Wouldn't listen, didn't care, rude, know it all etc. She might know what are in the books, but unlikely to actually diagnose your problem. If you are an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Doctor and find a sinus (nose) problem would you not treat it???? Cancelling any further appointments with this one, will travel to Calgary if I need to. I do not recommend this doctor. Clerks have an attitude as well, after blowing my nose I asked for a garbage "Well, not out there"! Should have left it on her desk, but I have better manners than that.

Unprofessional behavior during appointment. Clapping hands loudly and yelling to express a point of view. Didn't care about patient, just had to be right and a know it all.

I saw Dr. Balderson today, she was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. I am being booked in for a that has been needed since I was a child. I am very pleased with her. :)
